“What is a Virtual Assistant?” is what you are asking yourself right now. A Virtual Assistant (or VA), to put it simply, is an administrative assistant who works “virtually”….from a home office. A VA is a highly-skilled professional with unwavering work and business ethics. This person more than likely specializes in one or more industry areas, such as Legal, Medical, Real Estate, Insurance, Desktop Publishing, Financial Services, Graphic/Web Design, and the list goes on. Now you are asking yourself, “Can they really save me money, and if so, how?” YES, we really do save you money and time! This is how….. · By eliminating hidden costs associated with an employee (such as payroll taxes, training, sick/vacation time, breaks, chatting, surfing the web, down time, etc). · Because VA’s have their own modern office, that eliminates additional expenses for office equipment, supplies, software, etc. That expense will be included in our fee! · If you do your homework before selecting a VA (see my Related Links page), you will have selected a well-qualified individual who collaborates with you to reduce your job responsibilities and who really wants to help you grow YOUR business!
“How much is all of this going to cost?” The fee can range from $20-30 per hour, depending on the contract type and hours needed.
“What contracts and forms will be needed?” The contracts used are not only for my protection, but my contracts protect YOUR interests as well! We first outline in detail what services you need and we set a timeframe in which you want it to be completed. I will then provide you with a quote and upon acceptance, I will provide you with a Welcome Pack! This pack will include all the documents needed to begin our business relationship! These documents include the Client Profile Page, VA Retainer/Per Project Agreement, Non-Solicitation and Non-Compete Agreement, Client Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, Credit Card Authorization Form, and Client Feedback Questionnaire.
“What services do you provide?” Our Virtual Assistant Services includes (but is not limited to) the following services: · Resumes · Word Processing / Data Entry · Web Design · Invoicing (including accounts payables and receivables) · Legal Document Preparation (includes Wills, Leases, Contracts, etc.) · Advertisements (i.e. rental ads, employment ads, etc.) · Spreadsheets, Databases, and Presentations · Academic & Business Papers · Holiday Mailings & General Correspondences · Small Business Accounting · And other services as well.
